My children, and by children I mean my dog too, are everything to me. I have always had this passion in life to want to help others that suffer from chronic health conditions but also struggled with myself feeling good both internally and externally. So how else can I help others? How about self-care, so many ladies out there tend to focus more on their kids and their career and put themself on the back burner. Many women also just throw on clothes to hide all their curves and such. Well I want women to learn to love themself and know that even if they are that busy mom or that busy career person that they too can still feel pretty and dress up.

Stress from our busy lives and routines can take a toll on both our skin and our mind, especially during these crazy covid times.
